Using my signature framework, The Power is in the Pause, we work together over six weeks to identify what’s driving your responses, challenge the beliefs beneath them, and build the kind of durable change that holds up under real-life stress.

COUPLES COACHING

This work is for couples who are invested in their relationship and ready to stop navigating without a map. You’re not here because things are falling apart. You’re here because something has shifted — and you both know it.

Using the Gottman method and the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, we spend three months going beneath the surface of the patterns that keep repeating — understanding what’s really driving them, and building something more durable in their place.

This isn’t couples therapy. It’s forward-focused, research-backed coaching with a comprehensive Gottman relationship assessment, real-time support between sessions, and someone fully present for both of you for three full months.

You leave with a clear framework for navigating hard moments — and the tools to keep moving forward well, long after our work together is done.
